We ship all Exoticz Clothing orders with care and speed. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and policies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days (available on select items)
  • Economy Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, location, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the announcement bar for current promotions.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method. A tracking number will always be provided.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We are working on expanding our shipping regions — follow us on social media and sign up for our email list to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Exoticz Clothing is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors. If the issue persists, email us at support@exoticzclothing.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support@exoticzclothing.com and we will try to correct it before it ships.
